My Process

I believe great content marketing is more of an art than a science—and no content strategy is one-size-fits-all. We’re human-first, after all—and every company comes with a unique combination of human founders, leaders, staffers, and customers.

All of that is to say, we’ll tailor our process to your needs and preferences. But here’s the gist of what you can expect.

Step 1: Intro call to align on goals and needs

We’ll meet for 30 minutes to get to know each other, chat about content needs and priorities, and determine whether it’s a good mutual fit for us to work together.

Step 2: Proposal and pricing

You’ll get a customized proposal with multiple options to select from. The goal is to find a package that works well for both of us so everyone’s feeling good as we kick off our partnership.

Step 3: Follow-up call to talk details

Next, we’ll book an optional 30-minute follow-up call where you can ask any lingering questions before we officially start working together.

Step 4: Official kick-off

Woo! We’re officially partners in content! At this point, we can either book an initial strategy call or work asynchronously to determine appropriate next steps to get started—whichever you prefer.

Step 5: Make magic

Here’s where the rubber meets the road. I believe the best way to find our sweet spot working together is to dive in and get my hands dirty. In between all the editing, writing, and creating, we’ll meet periodically at whatever cadence makes sense for you.
